*Disagreeing with our opinion of the item or the appraised value of the item in question is not grounds for a refund under this satisfaction guarantee. We will not refund appraisal fees based on insurance company acceptance or if the watch is deemed to be a counterfeit. We will not refund appraisal fees for cancelled orders unless you cancel your order within 8 hours of placing your order.
